How can I determine compensation for a role?
You can find salary information posted in each of our postings. Also, your recruiter will discuss compensation with you in the interview process. All salaries are based on qualifications and geographical location.

I am in need of immigration sponsorship. How do I know if a role provides sponsorship?
Unless otherwise noted in the job posting, Spectrum Credit Union does not sponsor applicants for work visas or legal permanent residence. Applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Do you offer part time jobs?

How should I prepare for my interview?
Technical Setup:
- Fully Charged Computer: Ensure your computer is fully charged or plugged in during the interview.
- Zoom Ready: We conduct most of our interviews using Zoom. Make sure you have downloaded the app and familiarize yourself with its features. Your recruiter will provide you with all the necessary meeting details.
- Quiet Space: Find a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be disturbed. This helps in maintaining focus and ensures a clear conversation.
Be Prepared:

How can I prepare for the online assessment?
If your initial phone screen with the recruiter goes well, you will receive an online assessment via email. The assessment is a three part assessment looking at the following sections:
- Cognitive Ability - to challenge your problem-solving abilities
- Motivation - to get a sense of how much the role will interest you
- Personality - to see how much you’ll enjoy the job itself

On average, it takes 45-60 minutes to complete. At the end, we’ll have a better idea about your strengths, motivation, and how you approach work.
