As one of the newer Board members, I bring over 23 years of Human Resources experience at Chevron, including expertise in talent and leadership management and development, staffing, culture, change management, HR policies, compensation, and benefits. I have also been closely involved with diversity and inclusion work at Chevron for many years, including the Employee Resource Groups (ERG), and I have served as the Executive Sponsor for the Hispanic and Latino Employee Network. It will be my privilege to leverage my HR experience and skills to achieve Credit Union goals and continue providing our members with high-quality services and products that meet their needs.

As a Director, I continue to use my cybersecurity background to support the Credit Union’s online and mobile banking applications to help ensure that the most cost-effective security measures are being implemented. I bring over 38 years of Information Technology and Cybersecurity experience. I look forward to continuing to support the membership through the implementation of new technologies to enhance the Credit Union’s products and services.
